Ilze Kupca is a Latvian cake master with rich experience came from her family from generation to generation. Ilze has several times won diplomas in the cake competitions in Latvia. In 2023 she won the Gold quality mark in the competition organized by the Taste of Latvia.
Ilze has a private bakery where she daily preparing lot of cakes.
Currently, she also leads master classes for children and young people in Latvia, as well as leads creative events for groups of adults.
Ilze also has a cake-making TV show "Happy Cake", where she teaches how to make cakes in video format.
Ilze as cake master has visited Ireland with a latvian style marshmallow master class.
Now she is open for world to share her knowledge in the world of Latvian cakes. Ilze actively working on her first cake book, which will be in two languages, Latvian and English. Ilze wants also to introduce world with Latvian Cakes, and the 2nd book will come out as next.
"Happy Cake" is not only a digital content project for sweet lovers and celebrators of life, but also a platform for cake masterclasses, products and orders in Latvia, which are implemented and prepared by the excellent Latvian cake master Ilze Kupca and her company Magic of Natural Sweets.
